The Value of Locksmith Services

There are few things worse than coming home from work to find your home has been broken into. Sadly, this happened to me not long ago. My name is Jana, and I’m the single mother of two little girls. After reporting the burglary, a police officer suggested that I call a locksmith. The locksmith asked if I had any spare keys around the house that may have been stolen. Sure enough, I had some hanging on a key rack, and they were gone! I was worrying about jewelry and electronics; I never even thought to look for my keys. That night we replaced all my locks and rekeyed my car. To be extra safe, the locksmith made his next stop at my parents. (I had keys to their house on that key rack.) Locksmiths offer a valuable service; I’m happy to share why they're so great!

Two Reasons Why Your Office Needs A Black & White Production Copier

If you run a small business, you are probably well aware of how important it is to have the right office supplies. In addition to adequate desks and chairs, you'll need things such as well-inked pens, staplers, paper clips, shredders, and so much more. Making copies of the documents you send to clients each day is also vital because you'll need these pieces for your records. If you're in the market for a copier and aren't sure which type to purchase, take a look at a few reasons why a black and white production copier fits the bill.

Print At The Speed Of Light

When you have a number of different processes going on at the same time and really need to get records printed quickly, there is no time to waste. Some items are time-sensitive and if you can't get them to clients on a set schedule you could possibly lose a major deal. Color printers tend to take longer to print because there are more toner cartridges that have to work in conjunction with each other to get the desired shades onto the paper. Choosing a black and white copier assists with production so you can get more done in less time.

Black and white copiers operate with a single color cartridge: black. This means that the laser has a singular focus and is able to put the ink to paper at blazing speeds. What may have taken several minutes with other types of printers is often accomplished in a matter of seconds with a black and white copier. The difference in output is amazing and can help power your business in a very significant way.

Spend Less Money On Toner

Buying a black and white copier is also beneficial because you may discover that you don't have to spend as much on toner cartridges. Color cartridges can be quite pricey, and if you do a lot of printing and copying on a daily basis, you definitely don't want to do anything to hinder your bottom line. Going with a black and white copier is much more cost-effective and this is key if you want to grow your company and increase profits.

Office black and white production copiers come in both standalone versions and desk models that are perfect if you don't have a lot of space. Select the type that works for your office and make your purchase today.
